How To Make Simple Soil Moisture Sensor

To make this we will need some electronics components such as

BC 547 –
3.7v Battery –
1kΩ –
Switch –
LED –
PCB –

For soldering these components, you can get it done from the nearest mobile or TV repair shop or if everyone has a soldering machine, you can do it yourself.

You can make it for your school project in which you can use this sensor to find out whether there is water in the plants and how much moisture is there.
